Out of 500 Nominations, My Guardian Breaks into Top 3 at Australia’s Prestigious 2025 ACE Awards

Sydney, 22 July 2025
– From humble beginnings to national recognition, My Guardian is celebrating a milestone achievement - being selected as one of the top three finalists in the Organisation Excellence category at the highly esteemed 2025 ACE Awards, hosted by Ageing Australia.

As one of Australia’s most prestigious awards in the aged care and community services sector, the “You Are ACE!” Awards spotlight organisations and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding support, compassion, and innovation to older Australians. With more than 500 nominations submitted from across the nation, this recognition places My Guardian among the best of the best.

For over a decade, My Guardian has been a trusted name in aged and disability care, supporting more than 8,000 individuals through their care journeys across Australia. What sets the organisation apart is not just the scale of its services, but the heart behind the mission. My Guardian focuses on delivering care that’s not only professional but deeply personal, empathetic, and attuned to the emotional needs of each person.

In an industry known for its constant challenges - workforce shortages, regulatory changes, and rising demand - My Guardian has never lost sight of its purpose: to serve those who need it most with integrity, compassion, and reliability. That commitment is reflected in its growing workforce of 600+ dedicated care professionals, and in a workplace culture that’s cherished by clients and employees alike.

“This nomination isn’t just a win for our organisation—it’s a win for every care worker who shows up with heart, every client who puts their trust in us, and every family we’ve had the privilege to support,” said CEO Jad Haber (My Guardian). “We know how tough this sector can be, and that’s what makes this recognition so meaningful.”

Winners will be revealed on Aged Care Employee Day, 7 August 2025 - a national celebration of the incredible people who power aged care in Australia.

Being named a finalist is more than a moment of pride for My Guardian - it’s a powerful reminder that when care is driven by people, purpose, and passion, it truly makes a difference.
